1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between acg67 ("we", "us", "the Company", or "acg67") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the acg67 online betting and casino platform available at acg67.io (the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by acg67, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 3. Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, acg67 will close all accounts associated with the same individual, and any winnings accrued across those accounts may be voided without compensation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

acg67 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your acg67 account balance within seconds of confirmation. Card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned, and the depositing account may be suspended. acg67 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to another person, regardless of that person's consent.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. You must have completed the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. acg67 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. acg67 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by our risk management systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is approved.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on acg67 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). acg67 does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. If you deposit in a foreign currency, your payment provider may apply conversion rates and fees independently of acg67.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the acg67 sports betting section are subject to the following general rules, which apply in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. acg67 is not responsible for bets that were not successfully processed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, and event. acg67 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on player accounts.

7. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on acg67 — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and keno — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of that specific game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these Terms.

acg67 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) certified games for all non-live casino products. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the game provider's live studio rules.

10. Responsible Gaming
